Regional Tech Hub
The Regional Tech Hub is helping rural, regional and remote businesses with phone and internet connectivity.
The hub is run by the National Farmers' Federation in partnership with the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network, Better Internet for Rural, Regional and Remote Australia and the Australian governments Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts.
All Northern Territory primary producers and small businesses can access the following supports and services:

A free report that details all your phone and internet options, tailored to your business's locations and needs.

If you have an issue you are trying to resolve with current phone or internet Retail Service Provider, the Regional Tech Hub can help try and get you a faster result. They have also put together a guide to help you navigate an initial conversation with your Retail Service Providers when issue does arise.
