TRC Tourism is a respected strategic, business and operational planning consultancy specialising in the areas of tourism, recreation and conservation. With an office based in Alice Springs, our team has delivered over 800 projects across Australia and overseas during the past 25 years of business. Our consultants are practitioners.

They understand tourism at multiple levels from public sector policies and processes, corporations, cultural heritage and environmental management, community and First Nations-led tourism. We work on State and Territory-wide strategies, research, master plans and feasibility studies, through to tourism business, marketing and operational plans for small businesses.
