Susan is the Principal of Congreve and Holt, a multi-disciplinary consultancy business with a long and established record of working with arts and cultural organizations across Australia. Congreve and Holt has played a vital role building sustainable businesses and finding creative solutions in response to the complex management, funding and operational challenges that arts organizations face.
Susan founded the business in 2003 and since this time has become a well-respected expert in the field. Over the past twenty-nine years, Susan has worked with many arts organizations in leadership roles as a manager and consultant and maintains a strong commitment to community cultural development.
She has a fine arts background and recently completed her PhD in public policy.
