Caroline loves the Territory and has called it home for over 30 years. Caroline wears many ‘hats’ throughout the day, with small business champion being the most recent.
She has a hands-on approach when faced with challenges, and feels empowered when set goals are achieved that benefit business and the wider community.
Caroline shares the Territory Government’s vision for a $40 billion economy by 2030.
Industry experience
Caroline’s strong interpersonal skills have been key in her extensive experience in the Northern Territory public sector for nearly 20 years, predominantly with strategic policy, special projects, and economic and labour market data analysis.
Caroline has a keen interest in economic development and growth for the Territory, especially in the construction and defence industry.
