    Purpose of mission and why participate:

    Vietnam is an established trade market for the Northern Territory in agribusiness, education and migration. The Northern Territory Government will visit Vietnam in partnership with the South Australian Government to promote Northern Territory products and services and investment opportunities.

    Reaching South is designed to continue the deepening ties between the Northern Territory and China. This follows the highly successful NT-Rizhao Joint Economic Cooperation Forum held in Rizhao City, Shandong Province in November 2016 and the commencement of proposed direct flights between Shenzhen and Darwin by DongHai Airlines.

    Purpose of mission and why participate:

    The Sabah International Expo (SIE) is Sabah's premier trade fair and a Sabah State Government sanctioned biennially event held in the beautiful City of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

    The main objective of SIE is to provide a platform for exhibitors from near and far to meet; to establish business contacts; to showcase latest products and services from the Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asean Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) specifically and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) broadly.

    Who should attend:Those with an interest in growing the space sector in the Northern Territory.

    Purpose of mission and why participate:

    The International Astronautical Congress (IAC) consists of a scientific conference program and a space exhibition. It is a one time of the year opportunity when about 4,000 space actors from all over the world come together.

    Global, multidisciplinary, and covering all space sectors and topics, it offers everyone the latest space information and above all new contacts and potential partnerships. The theme is 'IAC 2018 - involving everyone' and is designed to share a vision of a more diverse space sector.

    The extensive research program will place special emphasis on the new generation of space experts, the expansion of equal opportunities, the integration of new countries and start-up companies into the global space network, as well as increasing the public participation.

    Purpose of mission and why participate:

    Trade Expo Indonesia is Indonesia's largest business-to-business trade event showcasing the best of Indonesia’s export products. It is the main international trade event in Indonesia with strong participation from both business and high level government.

    Trade Expo Indonesia is hosted annually by the Indonesian Ministry of Trade and combines regional discussions with business matching and a trade and investment forum.

    Who should attend:Business and individuals interested in engagement, trade and investment opportunities with Brunei.

    Purpose of mission and why participate:

    The BIMP EAGA Friendship Games is a sporting biennial event between the regions of the four member countries of the BIMP-EAGA. The Northern Territory is an invited partner of the games to participate in sports selected by the host country.

    Participation in the games offers opportunities for emerging athletes to participate at a non-national level, as all athletes are less than 21 years of age.

    There is opportunity to leverage sector specific meetings in the margins  of the games.
