This map indicates the Northern Territory regional population as at 2019. The population and growth for each region are:  Greater Darwin’s population is 147,255 persons, with a growth of -0.8%.  Daly, Tiwi, and West Arnhem’s population is 17,872 persons, with a growth of -0.1%.  East Arnhem’s population is 14,525 persons, with a growth of 0.1%.  Katherine’s population is 20,869 persons, with a growth of 0.2%.  Alice Springs’s population is 39,317 persons, with a growth of -0.1%.  Barkly’s population is 6091 persons, with a growth of  -0.3%.  Total population for greater Darwin is 147,255 persons, with a groth of -0.8%, and the rest of Darwin is 98,674 persons, with a growth of 0.01%. The total Northern Territory population is 245,929 persons, with a growth of -0.5%.
